1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment. Approved Pets are allowed with additional rent and security. Appliances include a refrigerator and stove. The landlord pays for garbage, water, and sewer. Tenant pays electric (electric baseboard heat). This apartment is within a large three-story building that houses five one-bedroom apartments. Our process is straightforward. Potential applicants must schedule a showing of the available property before applying to rent a unit. If, after seeing the apartment, you would like to apply, we will provide you with an application and approval criteria. Once our office receives the completed application and the $35 application fee, we will review your application, including credit and background checks, to determine your eligibility. Pet Policy Apartments/Homes: Many of our rental units are pet friendly! As pet lovers, we understand the desire for residents to have their own pets. Simply stated, for the properties that allow pets, we have a few restrictions on the breeds of dogs that are allowed, and there is an additional security deposit and monthly rent required: There is a 50% increase in the security deposit, which must be paid before the pet moves in. There is a $25.00 per month fee per pet for the first two pets, and a $50.00 per month fee for a third.
